Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a detail-oriented Administrator to support both proposal development and safety administration. You will help coordinate bid submissions, maintain safety records, and ensure compliance with company standards.

As an Administrator, Proposals and Safety at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the proposal development process while ensuring that all safety protocols and documentation are meticulously maintained. You will coordinate with multiple departments to gather technical and pricing inputs for bid submissions, manage proposal libraries, and assist in the creation of compelling, compliant proposals. On the safety side, you will help maintain safety records, schedule trainings, and ensure that all administrative tasks related to occupational health and safety are completed accurately and on time. This role offers a dynamic blend of administrative expertise, project support, and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in proposal coordination, safety administration, or a similar role
• Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with proposal management software (e.g., RFPIO, ProposalWorks) a plus
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and documentation practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Certification: Must hold or be willing to obtain the Technical Support Specialist certification as part of role requirements
