As an AI Business Operations Analyst, you will drive the integration of artificial intelligence into our core operational workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, model AI-driven solutions, and implement data-informed strategies that optimize business performance. This role is ideal for a analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to pinpoint opportunities for AI automation and enhancement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics and AI impact.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical projects.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend relevant applications.
• Facilitate training and documentation to support adoption of new AI tools across departments.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and ethical AI standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role with exposure to AI/ML
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setup
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and A/B testing methodologies
