Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Enablement Lead to join N-iX, a global software engineering and IT consulting company. In this role, you will be the driving force behind integrating artificial intelligence into our products, services, and internal processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and business units—to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption. Your mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world business value, enabling teams to leverage AI ethically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy across the organization
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI/ML in existing workflows and client projects
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks, platforms, and tools
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill teams in AI best practices
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage (fairness, transparency, security)
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to build robust data pipelines for AI models
• Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Report on AI adoption metrics and ROI to senior leadership

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related enablement role
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure AI)
• Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions and create adoption roadmaps
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring engineers
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Language: Fluent English (C1+); Spanish is a plus
