About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value for our global clients. You will work within a dynamic, cross-functional team to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems, contributing to Kyndryl's mission of delivering innovative IT infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI project requirements
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art AI technologies and frameworks
• Implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in AI or related field
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision
