As an AI Operations & Security, Senior Analyst at MRO Corporation, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our operational and security frameworks. Your role involves monitoring, optimizing, and securing AI-driven systems to ensure seamless business continuity, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of AI and machine learning models in production environments.
• Develop and enforce security protocols for AI systems to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and engineering teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track AI system health and security metrics.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents affecting AI operations.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and AI security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior analysts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in AI operations, cybersecurity, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or relevant AI security certifications are a plus.
