JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Ocean City is looking for an AI Specialist to develop machine learning models for route optimization and demand forecasting, driving efficiency in our operations.

We are seeking an innovative AI Specialist to join JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Ocean City. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions to optimize our junk removal and hauling operations. You will work closely with our team to leverage AI for route optimization, customer demand forecasting, and automated scheduling, driving efficiency and sustainability in our services.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for route optimization and demand prediction
• Build AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience and operational workflows
• Collaborate with operations and management to identify AI opportunities and constraints
• Monitor model performance and iterate on improvements based on real-world data
• Maintain and improve data pipelines for model training and inference
• Document AI systems and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying AI/ML models
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Experience with logistics or operations optimization is highly desirable
