We are seeking an experienced Application Deployment Engineer with deep expertise in DevSecOps and CI/CD to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines that ensure secure, reliable, and rapid delivery of applications. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to integrate security practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
• Implement security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency check) and compliance checks within pipelines
• Monitor and optimize deployment processes for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deployment strategies and rollback plans
• Maintain containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis
• Document processes and best practices for continuous improvement

• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related role
• CI/CD: Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) production experience
• Security Tools: SonarQube, Snyk, OWASP ZAP, or equivalent
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Version Control: Git, branching strategies, and code review workflows
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
