Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for technical customer engagements
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project momentum
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Track and report project status using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes
• Support pre-sales activities by providing project scope and feasibility estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management or related role
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a distributed team environment
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with open source technologies, Linux, and cloud computing is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred but not required
