Naztec is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will design interactive dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and support data-driven decisions across the organization.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team at Naztec. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will leverage tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel to create dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive strategic decision-making. This is a fully remote contract position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, star schemas)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
