Activpayroll is seeking a skilled Bid and Proposals Specialist to manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, driving growth through compelling proposals for our global payroll services.

As a Bid and Proposals Specialist at Activpayroll, you will play a pivotal role in our global growth by managing the entire bid lifecycle—from opportunity identification to submission. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals that win new business and retain existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of bid responses, ensuring all deadlines are met and content aligns with client requirements.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, tailoring messaging to highlight Activpayroll's unique value proposition.
• Maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and collateral to streamline the bid process.
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to inform bid strategy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical and commercial input.
• Continuously improve bid processes and tools to increase efficiency and win rates.

• Experience: Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role, preferably within the payroll, HR, or professional services sector.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals. Strong project management skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the sales lifecycle and procurement processes. Familiarity with bid management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and subject matter experts.
