Creative Support is seeking a talented Bid Writer to join our remote team, crafting winning proposals that help us secure funding for vital care services across the UK.

As a Bid Writer at Creative Support, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business and ensuring the continued success of our organisation. You will work alongside the Business Development team to research, write, and submit high-quality, compelling bids and proposals to secure contracts for our care and support services. This involves analysing tender documents, developing win themes, and crafting persuasive narratives that clearly articulate our unique value proposition. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across the organisation, ensuring all bids are compliant, commercially astute, and delivered to strict deadlines. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and financial stability of the charity, enabling us to extend our reach and support more individuals in need across the community.

• Proven experience in bid writing, tender preparation, or a similar role, ideally within the care, charity, or public sector
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct documents
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex tender requirements and develop tailored responses
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids with conflicting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to compliance and document preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with bid management software is a plus
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently as part of a remote team
• Knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
