We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with product inquiries, order issues, returns, and general account questions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will also collaborate with our sales and operations teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in both English and French via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve order issues, including tracking, returns, and exchanges
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets
• Contribute to team knowledge base and process improvements

• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
• Passion for golf or knowledge of golf equipment is an asset
