Role Overview As a Business Developer for Western Canada, you will be the driving force behind new revenue streams within the Penticton region and beyond. You will identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts
