Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our operations team at Lakeshirts, a leading apparel and promotional products company. In this role, you will analyze and optimize our business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service functions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document current business processes using industry-standard techniques
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, sales) to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies, leveraging data analysis and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
• Maintain process documentation and update as business needs evolve

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement roles
• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
