Role Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation
• Provide training and documentation for end-users
• Monitor project progress and report on key deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
