Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Camp Chef who is fluent in Portuguese to join our team at C4 Ecosolutions' eco-camp in Spain. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious, sustainable meals for camp staff and guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal menus featuring local, organic ingredients
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for up to 50 people daily
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies within budget
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies
• Supervise kitchen assistants and maintain a clean work environment
• Support camp sustainability initiatives (e.g., composting, minimizing waste)

• Skills: Menu planning, budget management, knowledge of dietary restrictions

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 kg
