We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in Texas. This remote contract role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and track costs to maintain financial control.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Resource Allocation: Manage labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, update stakeholders, and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in construction management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP or CCM preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites within Texas.
