• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2) and professional proficiency in English (B2+)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or client-facing role

• Technical: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
