Job Summary

As a Customer Implementation Project Manager at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, customer relationship skills, and logistics industry knowledge to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and understanding their unique logistics needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales) to configure and deploy tailored logistics solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance customer implementation efficiency.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or customer implementation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and company offices.
