We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Data Analytics Program Manager to lead cross-functional data initiatives at LTM Limited. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business leaders to define program scope, milestones, and KPIs. This is a remote contract position based in Munich, Germany, offering the chance to work with a global team on impactful data projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple data analytics programs from initiation to closure.
• Define program roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and ensure delivery against KPIs.
• Foster collaboration between data engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Monitor program performance, produce status reports, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in data program management.
• Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and program management methodologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years in data analytics or data-driven projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex programs using Agile or Scrum methodologies. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Leadership: Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar program management tools.
