As a Data Business Analyst at Xideral, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary role is to analyze business processes, identify data needs, and design business intelligence solutions that empower decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for data and analytics projects.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable intelligence.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
• Support UAT and validate that deliverables meet business expectations.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team serving clients in various industries, focusing on delivering high-impact data solutions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a BI environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (client-facing role).
