Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager at Rematiq, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects to our clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, leadership, and strategic thinking to align project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve on-time, within-scope delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Facilitate communication between client, product, and engineering teams
• Continuously improve delivery processes and best practices
• Report on project status, KPIs, and lessons learned to senior management

• 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management, preferably in software or IT
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
