As a Design Manager in our Federal Government Sector team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex design projects for U.S. federal agencies. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and designers to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet strict government standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design phases from concept through construction documentation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Review and approve design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Implement quality assurance and risk management processes.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of design management experience, with at least 3 years in federal government projects.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required.
• Skills:
