GRAYOAK is looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead release and deployment automation, ensuring reliable, high-speed software delivery in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team at GRAYOAK. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our release and deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery of software products. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate infrastructure, improve system reliability, and accelerate time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with developers to optimize build, test, and release processes
• Ensure security and compliance across deployment environments
• Document processes and provide training to team members

• Experience: 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
  • Version control with Git
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
