We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at audaris GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless software delivery and high system reliability. You will work with modern cloud infrastructures, automate deployment pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and set up alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Ensure security best practices across the deployment lifecycle
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase team productivity
• Document processes and participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Version control expertise (Git) and CI/CD pipeline development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
