About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our data-driven advertising platform. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 reliability of production systems
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and application performance
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures
• Maintain and improve container orchestration with Kubernetes

• CI/CD: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging
• Scripting: Proficient in Python and Shell scripting
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Language: Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Preferred: Experience with service mesh (Istio), distributed systems, or big data technologies
