As the Director of Tech Product Management at Novartis, you will spearhead the product vision, strategy, and execution for our digital health platforms. This leadership role sits at the intersection of healthcare technology and business, driving product roadmaps that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, clinical, and regulatory—to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric products. Your responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead a team of product managers and drive agile product development processes.
• Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous iteration.
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GDPR) and internal quality requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage trade-offs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and use data to inform decisions.
• Champion innovation and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering technology products at scale, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of health tech regulations (HIPAA, GxP, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan desirable.
