As the Director of Workforce Analytics, you will lead a dedicated team to harness data and provide strategic insights that shape our talent management and operational decisions. You will partner with HR leadership and business executives to develop workforce models, optimize resource allocation, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role is central to transforming our workforce strategy through data-driven planning, reporting, and predictive analytics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python), and HRIS systems.
• Analytical Ability: Strong expertise in building workforce models, predictive analytics, and interpreting complex data to inform strategy.
