Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controls Specialist to manage project documentation for major infrastructure projects. This fully remote contract role offers flexibility and the opportunity to support critical operations from anywhere.

As a Document Controls Specialist at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, you will play a critical role in managing and controlling project documentation for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all documents are accurately tracked, stored, and accessible, supporting project teams in maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems
• Manage the receipt, review, distribution, and archival of project documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs)
• Monitor document revisions and version control to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve documentation issues
• Conduct regular audits of document databases for completeness and compliance
• Generate reports on document status and metrics
• Provide training and support to team members on document control tools and best practices

• 2+ years of experience in document control, project administration, or related field
• Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of construction or infrastructure industry standards is a plus
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
