Create precise shop drawings and program Mozaik CNC machinery for custom cabinetry and woodworks projects, working remotely on a contract basis with G&H Cabinetry and Woodworks.

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson / Mozaik CNC Programmer to join our custom cabinetry team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and programming Mozaik CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinetry and millwork. You will collaborate with project managers, designers, and shop floor technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency from design to production. This is a contract remote position with an opportunity to contribute to exciting residential and commercial woodworking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and design drawings to develop precise shop drawings using Mozaik software
• Program CNC machines (e.g., Biesse, SCM) for nesting, drilling, and routing operations
• Optimize material usage and machine time to improve productivity
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback or production constraints
• Maintain organized digital files and document changes
• Communicate with the production team to resolve any programming or design issues
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and industry tolerances

• Proven experience as a draftsperson or CNC programmer in the woodworking or cabinetry industry
• Proficiency with Mozaik software (or similar CNC programming tools)
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and machine parameters
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work
• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
