The Role

As an Engineer on the AI Platform team, you will design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that powers machine learning models and AI services across Ebury. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create scalable, reliable, and efficient AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AI platform architecture, including model serving, feature stores, and data pipelines
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models
• Optimize inference performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models
• Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, and alerting
• Contribute to the team's technical roadmap and best practices

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year focused on ML/AI infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in Python and one of (Go, Java, or Rust)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Knowledge of distributed systems, data streaming, and message queues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
