As a Field Quality Lead II, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality on large-scale infrastructure projects across Texas. You will lead a team of quality inspectors, coordinate with project managers and field crews, and implement quality control procedures to meet regulatory and client specifications. This is a contract role with remote oversight responsibilities, requiring frequent travel to project sites within the state.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in construction, utilities, or infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience managing field quality teams
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and other industry standards
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and structural construction methods
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Texas (up to 75% travel)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification a plus
