As a Field Support Analyst at MNP, you will be an integral part of our technology team, providing on-site support to users across various locations in the Burlington area. Your role will focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring seamless IT operations to enable our professionals to serve clients effectively. You will collaborate with the broader support team to resolve escalated issues and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications
• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner and follow up on resolution
• Assist with network connectivity issues, including cabling and wireless access
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and maintain accurate records
• Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base
• Support audio-visual equipment for meetings and events

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, with field service experience considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to multiple sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment setup and maintenance
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus
