About the Role

As a Finance Analyst at Feld.Energy GmbH, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, providing critical insights that drive decision-making in the renewable energy sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency and support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project profitability
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and board reports
• Conduct financial modeling for new renewable energy projects
• Ensure compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and international accounting standards
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline reporting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV) is a plus
• Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
