Ensure regulatory compliance for our managed superyacht fleet in Antibes, monitoring documentation and certifications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our team in Antibes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our managed fleet of superyachts adheres to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will work closely with fleet managers, crew, and external authorities to maintain compliance across documentation, certifications, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track compliance with international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS, etc.) for the managed fleet
• Maintain and update compliance records, certifications, and documentation for each vessel
• Coordinate with fleet managers and crew to ensure timely completion of surveys, inspections, and audits
• Liaise with classification societies, flag state authorities, and port state control bodies
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and inspections
• Manage renewal processes for statutory certificates and ensure all deadlines are met
• Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures and policies
• Provide training and guidance to crew on compliance-related matters
• Prepare reports on compliance status for management review

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime compliance or fleet management
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS)
• Experience with classification societies and flag state requirements
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English; French language skills highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
