CGI is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and Angular to design and develop robust web applications for our clients in Halifax, NS.

As a Full Stack Developer at CGI, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. You'll work with Java and Angular to build scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher) and Angular (2+).
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
