As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our Process Systems team, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for critical banking workflows. Your responsibilities include:

• Frontend & Backend Development: Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or React and robust microservices with Java/Spring Boot.
• Process Automation: Implement and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0 and workflow engines (e.g., Camunda).
• Database Management: Design and query relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• API Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and legacy systems.
• Testing & Quality: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, architects, and other developers in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and infrastructure as code (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Backend: Strong Java skills, preferably with Spring Boot; knowledge of Node.js is a plus
• Frontend: Proficiency in Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Process Automation: Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and workflow engines (Camunda desirable)
• DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Languages: Fluent in German (C1 level minimum) and good command of English (B2 level)
