Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions at Citi. As a Vice President, you will drive innovation in AI engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products.

Lead the strategy and execution of generative AI initiatives at one of the world's largest financial institutions. As a Vice President, you will architect and deploy advanced AI models, oversee a team of engineers, and collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities. Your work will directly influence Citi's digital transformation, driving efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) for enterprise applications
• Manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence
• Partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI deployment
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms and open-source tools
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and retraining
• Present technical roadmaps and results to senior leadership

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML; 3+ years in a leadership role
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, and transformer architectures
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative models
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to influence across teams
• Preferred: Financial services or regulated industry experience
