Coveo is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-powered search and personalization solutions, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy and drive execution.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Coveo, you will own the product roadmap for key components of our AI-powered search and personalization platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions that help our customers deliver exceptional digital experiences.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
• Collaborate with engineering to break down complex technical concepts into actionable user stories.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
• Work with UX designers to create intuitive product experiences.
• Analyze product metrics to measure success and iterate on features.
• Present product plans and updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong technical background (e.g., CS degree, software engineering experience)
• Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams
