Ascom is seeking a Global Systems Owner to oversee the lifecycle of critical IT systems across global operations. This role ensures system reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement in a remote contract capacity.

Ascom is a global provider of ICT solutions for healthcare and other critical industries. As the Global Systems Owner, you will take end-to-end responsibility for one or more enterprise systems, ensuring they meet business needs, performance targets, and compliance standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Defining the strategic roadmap for assigned systems
• Managing system upgrades, patches, and end-of-life planning
• Coordinating with vendors, internal IT, and business units
• Monitoring system health, security, and cost optimization
• Ensuring documentation and training materials are current

• Extensive experience in global IT systems management and ownership
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are preferred
