Lead ATOSS’s AI product strategy, driving innovation in workforce management software to shape the future of intelligent scheduling and employee engagement.

As Head of Product - AI, you will own the strategic vision and execution for AI-powered features across ATOSS’s workforce management suite. You will lead a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers, collaborate with data scientists, and ensure our AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for global customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the AI product roadmap aligned with company goals
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Prioritize features and drive agile development cycles
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to launch and iterate
• Set KPIs and track product performance, adapting strategy as needed
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision making

• Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML products
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of workforce management, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Technical Acumen: Ability to converse with engineers and data scientists on AI/ML concepts (NLP, forecasting, optimization)
• Leadership: Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams
• Strategic Thinking: Experience defining product vision and executing go-to-market strategies
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach, comfortable with SQL and analytics tools
• Communication: Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
