Role Overview

As an HR Analyst at UNDP, you will support the human resources team in data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management. You will analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to the optimization of HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards for workforce analytics (headcount, turnover, diversity, etc.)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Collaborate with HR business partners to implement process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with UNDP data governance policies
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in HR analytics or data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
