We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Incident Coordinator to join our IT operations team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the response to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication across stakeholders. You will work closely with technical teams to minimize business impact and maintain service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts from detection to resolution
• Document and track incidents using our incident management system
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and impacted business units
• Ensure adherence to incident management processes and SLAs
• Perform post-incident reviews and contribute to process improvements
• Create and maintain incident reports and dashboards
• Support on-call rotation as needed

• 2+ years of experience in incident coordination, IT service management, or related role
• Strong knowledge of incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously
• Proficiency with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• ITIL certification is a plus
