Inside Sales Representative, Flavors Europe

Join Sensient Technologies, a global leader in the flavors and food ingredients industry. As an Inside Sales Representative for our Flavors Europe division, you will be the key point of contact for customers in the region, driving sales of our innovative flavor solutions to food and beverage manufacturers. You will work closely with our regional sales team and technical experts to identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close deals, all while building long-lasting relationships.

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored flavor solutions
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts
• Participate in trade shows and virtual events as needed
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 2+ years of inside sales experience in the food ingredients, flavors, or chemical industry
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
