We are seeking an accomplished IT Delivery Manager with active SC (Security Check) clearance to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes. This is a critical position requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
• Collaborate with technical teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure seamless execution
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices, leveraging SC clearance requirements
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships as needed
• Report on project performance metrics to senior management

• Active SC (Security Check) clearance is mandatory
• Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager or similar role, with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving in high-pressure environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CSM) are highly desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
