We are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Intern to join our IT support team in Barcelona. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in IT operations within a multinational insurance company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end‑users via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with user account management (Active Directory, Office 365)
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
• Support IT asset inventory and deployment of new equipment
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on project tasks
• Participate in system monitoring and basic maintenance activities

This internship is designed to build foundational IT skills in a supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals and contribute to real-world IT service delivery.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with common office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
• Customer‑service oriented attitude
• Good command of English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus)
