Unity Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled KDD Candidate Interest specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and analyzing key data-driven insights from candidate pools, particularly for roles involving Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). You will collaborate with engineering, product, and talent acquisition teams to refine candidate sourcing strategies and ensure a high-quality pipeline for our most technical and data-intensive positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify top KDD talent across the industry.
• Analyze candidate engagement patterns to optimize recruitment outreach and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team culture.
• Utilize AI and machine learning tools to pre-screen candidates and improve match accuracy.
• Maintain and improve our candidate database, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
• Present regular reports and recommendations to leadership on KDD talent market trends.

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, talent analytics, or data-driven HR roles, preferably within software or AI.
• Strong understanding of KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) concepts, including data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R) and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
