Provide advanced operational support for cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines at Ness Digital Engineering. Ensure system reliability, automate processes, and resolve complex incidents.

We are looking for a skilled L2 Operations Support Engineer to join our Cloud & DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for cloud-based infrastructure and applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate with development teams to automate deployments, monitor systems, and resolve incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) using observability tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 incidents related to applications, networking, and systems.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (Python/Bash) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
• Document processes, create runbooks, and contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve system reliability.

• 3+ years of experience in operations support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewalls).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Preferred: Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) or the required Technical Support Specialist certification.
