As the Lead AI GTM Engineer, you will be the driving force behind Hostaway's artificial intelligence go-to-market strategy. You will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and sales to ensure our AI-powered property management solutions achieve rapid adoption and significant revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of technical AI/ML understanding, product marketing expertise, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the go-to-market plan for new AI features and products.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape AI product roadmap based on market needs.
• Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for AI offerings.
• Create sales enablement materials and train sales teams on AI product benefits.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to iterate on GTM strategies.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging AI trends in the property tech industry.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving engineering, product, marketing, and sales.

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy for technology products.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with AI/ML products (e.g., ML platforms, generative AI, computer vision).
• Strong technical background (e.g., computer science degree or equivalent) with ability to understand AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, preferably in property management or hospitality tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with global cross-functional teams.
