We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications that power RBC's digital banking platform. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and ensure delivery of robust, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement full-stack solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud services)
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance at scale
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development processes

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
